C-130 Hercules History:
The "Herc" has been in continuous service for nearly 40 years. It is one of the most widely used cargo planes in the world, and now serves the air forces of more than 30 nations.
The C-130 Hercules is a short take-off and landing (STOL) military transport aircraft. It was manufactured by Lockheed Corporation and its first flight was on the 23rd of August 1954. It was commercially introduced in 1959 and is still in production up to this date. Its primary users are the United States Air Force, Royal Air Force, United States Marine Corps, and Canadian Forces.
The C-130 Hercules is said to be the greatest military transport aircraft. It is a four-engine turboprop cargo aircraft and it is the main tactical airlifter for most military forces all over the world. The C 130 Hercules is capable of short take-offs and landings to different runways. It was designed for medical evacuation, cargo transport, and troop's aircraft. With its versatile airframe, C-130 found some other role such as gunship and search and rescue operation, among others.
The Hercules family has the longest and ongoing production of any military aircrafts. The C-130 variants are the AC-130 Spectre, EC-130 Commando Solo, HC-130, MC-130 Combat Talon/Combat, and Spear.

While the full price will show in the shopping cart and on your receipt, we will only charge your card an initial deposit equal to 50% of the retail price. We will charge the remaining balance once production is complete and your model is prepared for shipping.
