Rain hampers recovery efforts from Airblue plane crash

Pakistani Jetliner Crash Left No Survivors
Last Wednesday, an Airblue Airbus A321 passenger jet crashed in Islamabad, Pakistan killing all 152 on board.
The plane went down in a wooded area near the Pakistani capital. Imatiaz Elahi, chairman of the Capital Development Authroity in India, said “It is a great tragedy, and I confirm it with pain that there are no survivors.”

CARGO PLANE CRASHED AT SAUDI’S RIYADH AIRPORT
Last Tuesday, a Lufthansa cargo plane crashed at the Saudi capital’s Riyadh airport leaving no major casualties according to the airline and Saudi’s civil aviation authorities.

Yakovlev Yak-54 History:
Yak-54 sport aircraft has been engineered by the world famous - A.S. Yakoblev Design Bureau (Moscow, Russia) and manufactured by Saratov Aviation Plant- Saz, Russia.
The Yakovlev Yak-54, a Russian acrobatic aircraft, made its first test flight on December 23 1993. New generation acrobatic aircraft of Yakovlev design bureau, breaking long line of aircraft started in 1937 with UT-2/AIR-10. It is a development of Yak-55M. The Yak 54 was produced by Saratov Aviation Facility in cooperation with JSV "Gorky U-2".
